DAY 01: Arrive Colombo and reach Dumbulla

Upon arrival, the travel representative will assist a smooth transfer from the airport to the hotel in Dumbulla. Located in the borth-east of Colombo, famed for cave temple and historical attractions. The rest of the day is at leisure and can explore the destination at their own will. Followed by an overnight stay in Dumbulla

DAY 02: Dumbulla

Soon after the breakfast, head to visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress, which has got archaeological importance, The ancient ruined palace attracts visitors for ancient paintings and inscriptions. The surrounding gardens, ponds, and fountains are great explore in the beautiful destination. Post Visit, the rest of the day is for leisure to engage in own independent activities. Overnight stay in Dumbulla

DAY 03: Dambulla to Kandy

After breakfast, transfer from Dumbulla hotel to Kandy which nearly takes 2 hrs of travel, and upon arrival check in the hotel. Kandy, the second largest Sri Lankan city and was the last capital for ancient kings of Sri Lanka. The Temple of Tooth was declared, as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Temple of Tooth is a Buddhist pilgrimage site, which ensures great harmony to the visitors. Also, visit Kandy Lake, and the rest of the day is free for leisure activities. Followed by an overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 04: Bentota

Post breakfast, check out the hotel in Kandy and head to Bentota which nearly 4 hours drive. Bentota is a coastal town known for long beaches, water sports and striking views of beautiful sceneries. On arrival, check-in the hotel/resort in Bentota and enjoy rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Bentota.

DAY 05: Exploring Bentota

Post breakfast, visit Kosgoda Sea Turtle Conservation Project, a program to protect sea turtle eggs, hatching and the baby turtles and returned back to their natural habitat. It is great to witness the program closely.

Later head to Balapitiya, known for picturesque golden beaches and mangroves. There visit Madu Ganga River to explore the mangrove forests which provides an amazing experience. Observe the unique method of Kraal fishing, boat safari, and try a fish pedicure. Relax the rest of the day and enjoy overnight stay in Bentota.

DAY 06: Bentota to Colombo

After breakfast, start to Colombo and check-in the hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure in calm surroundings at Colombo.  Explore some of the attractions at your own interest. Overnight stay in Colombo.

 

DAY 07: Depart Colombo

After breakfast, check out the hotel and reach colombo airport to return home by flights.
